Having graduated from Western New England College, cum laude, Ellis M. Dumont was quick to realize his entrepreneurial dream. Advanced Parking Concepts was founded in 1985 and takes pride in a client list which includes some of the most prestigious names in the residential and special event industry. Under his leadership, APC has become the recognized leader of parking services in the tri-state area. Mr. Dumont is the current Chair of the Valet Council, and serves on the Board of Directors of the National Parking Association.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Advanced Parking Concepts (APC) provides our clients with unique client service. Our administrative structure provides internal and external services twenty four hours a day. Most importantly, our quality and safety training certification programs that allow employees to exercise pre-emptive management skills as opposed to reactive.
APC is the only tri-state parking operator to be members of the National Parking Association (NPA) and the National Valet Parking Association (NVPA). Our CEO & Founder, Ellis M. Dumont, serves on the Board of Directors of the NPA and is the Chair of the Valet Council.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
APC currently serves over thirty five full time locations over the tri-state area. Additionally, APC services over 1200 special events annually.
Our goal is to continue to expand within the New York metro area.

Dumont is the CEO and owner. our Event Division Sales Coordinator is Maritza Ibrahim (ext. 108), our Executive VP/General Counsel Is Greg Kost (ext. 108) our Operations Director is Darrin Smith (ext. 113), our Accounting Manager is Deanna Dugan (ext. 110), 0ur Executive Director-Human Resource is Helen Dumont (ext. 106), and in charge of overall operations is our Managing Director, Bisi Bamigboye (ext. 113).
What are your hours of operation?
Office hours, Monday -Sunday, 6am to 7pm. Operational hours, 24 hours per day, every day of the year.
