Suzanne K. DiGeronimo, FAIA, and Louis A. DiGeronimo, AIA founded DiGeronimo Architects in 1970. Our full-service firm offers clients unparalleled expertise, knowledge and practical wisdom that only come from experience. DiGeronimo Architects is a Certified Small Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE), with headquarters in Paramus, New Jersey.
What is your primary product or service?
DiGeronimo Architects’ services include planning, architecture, interiors, construction management, and three-dimensional (3-D) visualization. Both principals are licensed asrchitects, planners, and interior designers who manage our multi-disciplined staff of architects, licensed building code officials, historic rehabilitation experts, certified specification specialists and LEED accredited professionals.

How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
DiGeronimo Architects is unique in our practical approach. Based on decades of hands-on experience, DiGeronimo Architects has the ability to quickly analyze complex building and planning problems. After analyzing and understanding site constraints and identifying site specific opportunities, we develop creative design solutions. We implement these designs using innovative production and construction technology. Our green building designs complement sustainable site plans. By specifying energy efficient mechanical equipment, reusing existing materials, and siting projects to take advantage of natural features, DiGeronimo Architects ensures the ‘green’ constructability and sustainability for all our projects.

Suzanne DiGeronimo, FAIA, PP, President Ms. DiGeronimo, President of DiGeronimo PC, has over 30 years experience in architecture from architect of record to architectural business administration. Ms. DiGeronimo’s project management expertise focuses on project quality control coupled with strict compliance with schedule and cost controls. She has steered the firm to effectively provide a higher quality architectural product to clients, including public agencies, and private businesses. The firm’s size allows Ms. DiGeronimo’s total personal commitment to each project and to each client. Her intimate knowledge of each project ensures successful completion. Louis DiGeronimo, AIA, PP, Vice PresidentAs Vice President of DiGeronimo PC, Mr. Louis A. DiGeronimo is responsible for control and direction of architectural production and construction contract administration. Mr. DiGeronimo initiates a project and services all client needs through project completion. He is adept at dealing with municipal, county, state and federal agencies having jurisdiction over architectural projects. Mr. DiGeronimo ensures a quality contract, drawing and specification packages by performing periodic quality control checks.
